Class Profiles

IESE is defined by diversity. You’ll join an expected cohort of future leaders from over 30 countries, each with a different personal and academic background. As you work and develop together, you’ll share your own perspectives and learn from those of others. You’ll take your place in an international team of motivated individuals, united by a desire to make a deep and positive impact on the world.

The class profile is by no means restrictive, each applicant is reviewed on a case by case basis.
