IESE MiM
The IESE Master in Management (MiM) program prepares you to launch your career. You’ll graduate ready to leap into your first management role – and make a lasting impact on the business world.
During the program, you’ll develop the essential analytical skills and knowledge you need to succeed in entry-level management roles. You’ll also learn what it means to be an inspirational leader who puts people first – and take your initial steps toward having a positive impact on the world.
As part of our commitment to lifelong learning, MiM alumni are eligible for the MiM-MBA dual degree. IESE recognizes the Master in Management (60 ECTS) as the first year of the 2-year IESE MBA (120 ECTS in total). MiM graduates will have the opportunity to enroll in the 2nd year of the MBA program and graduate with an MiM-MBA dual degree. IESE’s MiM alumni will only be eligible for this opportunity after they have completed a minimum of 3 years of working experience and successfully completed the MBA admissions process. The Master in Management (MiM) is aimed at recent university graduates and graduates with no or up to 2 years of professional experience.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree. Those whose native language is not English will have to take the IESE admissions test, as the program is taught in English. The GMAT or GRE score is important, but not decisive. Applicants’ personalities, motivations, goals, leadership and communication skills will also be taken into account.
Your professors are the same world-renown experts that teach the business leaders in our executive education programs. IESE faculty hold doctoral degrees from top universities around the world, and their teaching is based on the latest developments in business and driven by the desire to make a lasting impact on society.
Visa requirements vary depending on the country where the program is located, and on the nationality of individual students.
IESE has five campuses in some of the world’s most interesting, vibrant cities. IESE’s main campus is in Barcelona, Spain, and we also have campuses in Madrid, Munich, New York and São Paulo.
